To be successful as the Alternatives to Abortion Program Assistant the candidate must be attentive to detail and accuracy, have a proficiency in computer skills that include Office Suite programs with Excel a priority, and have the ability to develop and utilize spreadsheets and be a team player.

As the Advancement Coordinator, the candidate will be able to engage with people in presenting the advancement objectives of AFL and research and identify potential funding prospects, and begin the cultivation process. They will coordinate the funding projects and other advancement strategies of the AFL.
